Super Express runs from Kanifing and leaves at 8 am 

• Only timetabled form of transport

• Takes approximately 5hrs 

• Air-conditioned

• No standing  

• Few stops, one at Jarra Soma allowing a toilet break and time to purchase local food

Arrangements with JUST ACT

•  500D each way to include:

• prebooked seat to guarantee

• meet and take to chosen accommodation

• payment to Just Act upon arrival

• return journey should be pre-booked as the vehicle will not come on the island if already full from Basse

 

Sept Plas runs from Bunding bus station

• Fare 400d.

• Runs to YBK (Yorro Barri Kunda) south of the island

• Wait for local transport to take you across the river bridge for 10d

•  

Hire of a Sept Plas carrying 7 passengers

• ideal for a group

• 4500d to Janjanbureh

• You may need to change at Jarra Soma
